My cd broke! [CLOSED]

It didnt break or anything but I think it got scratched to much that it won't work.Please Help me!

Hint: If you go to some locally-owned CD/movie/etc. stores (Like for me, I have one nearby), there may be a disc cleaner you can use. My nearest one only costs $3 to use.

If you have a warranty for your game, maybe take it back to the shop you got it from and replace it! Only if your warranty{if you have on} is still valid though.

me too that is not fun that happend to my std gtg and yotd...so i wach it whit some sope (dont now if it spells right) and then it work again but not at everytime i do that...smilie

I was happy that I didn't break my cd, it has a few light scratches,
and it still runs good.

I heared there is way to erase CD scratches with peanut butter. Look it up.

I think it is either faked or it's just by chance that it worked.

If you live in the UK, the platinum version is out in-stores I just got a new version yesterday for half the price of the pre-owned copies.

Oh, just for the record, AHT is on a DVD, not CD.
DVD = 4.79 GB (8 GB Dual layer (DVD9))
CD = 700 Mb

Take it to Play N Trade and they'll fix it for a fee, or if you've got a blank DVD (possibly dual layer) and a DVD burner, you can torrent the game and then burn it to the DVD.

yeah... My dad used peanut butter on a VERY VERY VERY scratched up legend of dragoon (VERY good game btw) disk and all of the scratches were completely GONE
