Nintendo claiming Let's Plays as their own content, taking away their earnings [CLOSED]

Recently, Nintendo bombarded popular LP'er, Chuggaaconroy, by slapping "THIS CONTENT IS OWNED BY NINTENDO" across his face.

They take his earnings from AdSense now, which I find complete BS, and not to mention, Nintendo plans on REMOVING Let's Plays from YouTube.


I am SO pissed about it. It's just wrong. Chuggaa should seriously sue them.
