Well, everyone in the quality department gets to play the games first. If they spot major glitches or flaws, the game is barred and has to be fixed.

No, on Sierra forums, Sierra stated that they have finished Dawn of the Dragon, and gave out the release date for the U.S. (Oct 21st)
