can you change the how quoting works because in a topic spyro2008 changed my quote to make the quote an insult so can you change it so what is said in quotes cannot be changed.

I don't think it would be possible to change quotes so people couldn't edit them. The quote becomes part of their post that they can freely edit. I'd just say if someone wants to be immature with it, just be the mature one, and calmly tell them not to do it anymore.

It is quite simply impossible to control things like that. If you feel the user is trolling or otherwise breaking the rules in their modification of the quote then report the post.

Changeable quotes are fine as they are. Besides, if you couldn't, people would just type up that post, altered, adding in quote tags manually.

People have there own taste in fourms, thats why I don't like SF but of course thats just me. The main reason why I'm still here I've made many friends here and wouldn't like to leave all of a sudden. Another reason is that I like to live on flaming, yes its strange but I do love drama.
