N64: Banjo Kazooie/Banjo Tooie (I can't decide).
PS1: Spyro (3): Year of The Dragon.
PS2: Pacman World 2.
GBA: Spyro Season of Ice.
Gamecube: Paper Mario: The Thousand Year Door.
Wii: Super Mario Galaxy.

Kingdom hearts series
Most of the Final fantasy's (only 'cause I haven't played every one yet xD)
Jak and Daxter series (PS2)
First 3 ratchet and clank games (PS2)
Rayman (the first, PS1 game)
Beyond good and evil (PS2)
Spyro (PS1 series, and Adventure for GBA)

The only game I play on my wii most of the time is Guitar hero (I have the full set), and even it doesnt get played much, so not including Wii games here.. /:
