Anyone going to get cape girl? She seems very expensive for the minimal convenience she adds, and don't most of y'all like to let your sheeps and trolls accumulate?

She can add a Gem reward when clearing mobs out but who knows how often and how many.

Right. I'm guessing you'll get a gem as often as I get a gold chest from white claw. At least white claw only cost cash (at a time before skylander spins made cash much more valuable to me).

Cape Girl would allow you to save up trolls and sheep until Tree Rex was free, then clear them all out with him for the maximum bonus gold, but I still doubt that she is worth it.

Interesting. Maybe at 50% off I would do it, but how do you even know this?

I time travel a bit to scout ahead for important things I might miss as I can't play the game every day, so that I know when to check back and get that day's offer or something. With every weekly update they'll put up the next week's Super Tuesday.

How do people time travel? Are you modifying the internal clock of the iPad itself to do this?

Yes, I believe that's what they do.

Has anyone bought Trigger Snappy's house yet? Does it come with a shrine quest or other quest?

It comes with the usual "Activate X times for some Gold" quest line that has come with all the Skylander specific housing. Typically you see the timed quest for the shrine the week after the new house is released.

Alright. I'll ask again next week. I'm thinking about buying some radiant energy fields for 24 gems but otherwise would want to save for this house.
