I need help finding a dragon!! [CLOSED]

Ok, theres this dragon, and I absaloutly can't find him! This is part of what he says-

smilie Thanks for rescueing me spyro! Ever since you was a little puff of smoke we've know...eh...know..

Somthing like that.
Dose anyone know where I can find that dragon?

I looked over all the levels and I can't find him. And I'm pretty sure he's not in Ice caves, were I am.

so what? its not a big deal to double post is it? anyway i meant press start then go to the place in the pause menu where you can see how many gems or dragons U need in each level

Oh! That's Ivor from Dry Canyon. He's in that little fortress, in front of the place where you glide over to the wee island with the locked chest.
