well i cant give a video discription but ill try to explain...
first you find an avatar you wanna use, then you right click on the image u want, then you click properties then copy the url/adress then go to whatever site you want to change the avatar(darkspyro), then go on profile options, then click browse on the avatar thing, then paste it on then click open, i hope that helps smilie
