As far as i know maps are made by an artists from scratch. They are not official Pokemon maps.

It'll likely get more serious answers there.
Seems he's looking for a serious crowd so I believe he should have created it there.
Strange, though. Being a new user, you would have think that he would have gone straight to Video Gaming to seek out an answer. This part of the forum could have strike to him as where all the useless crap goes. You'd have to be familiar with how most Forums are to post such topic in the area that just meant for randomness. That is if he's what most common new users are.
