I found this video by youtube user SKYLANDERTIPPS http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KOXMJAFy26g I don't speak German so i don't know what their saying so if this is a variant that was not listed on the skylanders universe website (before it was shut down ) does this mean pumpkin eyebrawl is ligitamante skylander variant?

That's totally just a S2 Stealth Elf painted black.

It just looks like a repaint of S2.
S3 Stealth Elf has a different pose and everything.

Yeah, it's just a repaint. It's an Aprils Fools video (at somepoint in the video, they mention it's an Aprils Fools, I think. About the four minute mark, it seems (where they bring out two other repainted figures)

If you watch the video after the 3 minute mark you will see that they bring out 2 more figures (Jet=Vac and Tree Rex) that have been custom painted. Looks like he painted the Stealth Elf and re-packaged it.
