Considering Cap has access to Department of Defense and FBI secrets, that's actually possible that he might get a hold of Kyrptonite.

No, that's Krypton. And it's only a gas at room temperature.

Superman lifted planets twice. If bullets can't do **** then Cap's shield can't do anything. Superman is also powered by the sun which would make this match even more unfair if this battle takes place in daylight.
