They can't be brothers because they are part 2 different versions so that means each version (or era as they call it on this site) ignores each others timlines.

Sorry everyone but Red and Ignitus aren't related at all. That is an unfortunate fact... even though it would make for one hell of an interesting plot twist if it were true however it isn't. Who Red is related to has not been stated by official facts or info and highly doubt that we will get any details on this anytime soon.

Ah, but if Ignitus is not realted to Red, (which he obviously isn't) then WHO is he related to?

Well I thing that the 2 look nothing alike apart from the red and all. But most fairytale dragons are red.

Traditional colour for a Welsh dragon is red. And the dragon on our flag is red.
