Instant Thread Locks [CLOSED]

So, imagine, you created a thread that you regret and want to lock it. Yet, it keeps on going "wait 30 minutes."

Waiting 30 minutes is no big deal. What's a big deal is that people post, bumping the lock timer back to 30 minutes.

So is it possible that the thread gets lockable in, say, 5 minutes?

I've been meaning to try and do something about this for a while. I'm gonna try out a new system for being able to close your topics. From now on you can't close it within the first hour but after that you only need to wait five minutes after the last post to close it.
