So ninjini's house is availible again and I have scarlet ninjini so would scarlet ninjini be able to go into ninjini's house?

yes they can both activate it. But of course you can only have one of each house.

I was always waiting for the Giants' houses to go on sale or hopefully to win one from the well and it never happened. Now that the Hall of Legends has opened up to allow you to buy as many as you would like, I see no real need to get any houses except possibly Ninjini, Crusher and Tree Rex. I like the guaranteed money of the sanctuary over the win loss that is the possible gems or energy from the houses. I will get the Alter Ego houses and eventually get 10 Hall of Legends and those things alone should keep me rolling nicely without the other Giant houses.
