Truly Sorry for offending you, please take note that I will be battling each of you various times with different teams to see if you are worthy in my opinion. Im not saying you should change to Gym Leader. This is all my opinion and Im sorry if I offend you, but I feel this way so, bluh.

Actually we dont use DS, we use pokemonshowdown.com.

Its always 100, but PS defaults them at level one hundred.
