Lets see if someone can get this one (for yugioh fans!!) :

He was the one who made an rpg in the Yu-Gi-Oh season 0 series. His game was a plan to kill everyone that played. He also cheated while playing by using these dice he called Mind Dice, which he claimed rolled on the number he commanded it to.

Double Trouble was who it was.

This character is greedy and wants a poor man who's owns 5 dogs to give him money.
He kidnaps a girl and holds her ransom.
He gets runned over by a train and dies
