cold someone post here a indepth how to of getting a picture on here because i'm lost

First, find the picture you want, for example this, and right click on it. Click "copy image url"

Next, go to the topic you wish to post the picture on and click the little square with a picture of a tree. Image tags should appear in the post box.

Right click between the tags and choose "paste".

If done correctly your picture will appear in the post preview and the post itself.
