If he posted more, he would have a very strong bond with the users. We would actually become his friends, and he would be very sad whenever he had to Gnorc/Ripto someone. His emotions would interfere with his work as admin.......And he'd have to give up the site. He'd be really depressed over losing his new found friends.

but other forum admins can be friends with users and still carry out their job as admins without a problem
