This is a fanfic of Skylanders, and also my first fanfic here.

The story revolves around two worlds - ours and Skylands. Hope you enjoy! If you would like to suggest anything for the story, please do so here, or PM me. Feedback is also much appreciated.

Chapter 1 - Triggering Surprises

Trigger Happy stood there - holding two knives. He glared at his target. Then, he lifted a knife up...slowly...moving down.

"...birthday to you!"

Trigger Happy spun the two knives around on his finger, and began ninja'ing the cake shaped like a giant Trigger Happy coin made by Camo and Sunburn.

: MINEMINEMINE!

Each Skylander looked eagerly to watch Trigger Happy plate up pieces of his cake and flinging them to whoever catched it.

This mightn't have been Trigger Happy's real birthday, and no one knew when it was. Master Eon wanted Trigger Happy to enjoy what everyone else did, he was the third Skylander since the Giants. So the Skylanders set a day that was to be Trigger Happy's birthday - or as Trig himself said it - MINE Day. That's probably what Sprocket would've called it too.

: Did you like the cake?

: We made sure it was mango!

: The cake was brilliant! But not enough icing. Heh.

: Hey Trig! Feel like a game of Skystones?

: HAPPYTIME!

SKYSTONES BATTLE! VS

Gill Grunt's Turn!
Gill Grunt places Axecutioner in Middle Square.

Trigger Happy's Turn!
Trigger Happy places ROBOTO BALL STAR 9001 covering the whole board.

TRIGGER HAPPY WINS!

: HEEHEEEHAHA! MINE!

: Holy carp! That's reeeeaaaally not fair! Rematch! Rematch! Rematch!

: Of course it's fair! That's a Giant Skystone. I gave my best card for his birthday present, as you can see there. Had doubles...so why not?

Of all his presents, Trigger Happy most liked his Giant Skystone from Bouncer, a robot butler from Sprocket, a fireball frozen in a block of ice from Spyro, which he asked Hex to cast a nevermelting spell, a scuba diving kit powered by coins from Gill Grunt, and a potion bottle which changed colour whenever shook from Pop Fizz, he spent hours trying to figure that out.

As Skylands calmed down from the celebration - a great evil rose.

Glumshanks: Sir, my master needs your help. Why won't you accept his request?

Voice 1: He failed twice. It is likely he will fail again. I will not sacrifice that much for him.

Glumshanks: What if... You get to keep the gold?

Voice 1: It is not gold I seek. I wish for power. Power only from...

Glumshanks: You leave me and my master no choice...you can have the Skylanders if you wish.

Voice 1: Done. When do we start?

Glumshanks: As soon as you're ready, sir.

Chapter 2 - The Void Master

Voice 1: Let us begin.

A flash of purple and black light buzzed. A floating image appeared I front of a shadowy figure in front of Glumshanks.

The image then flickered, and became somewhat like a video. It depicted The Other Realm. The Realm where Skylanders lost their abilities, and became tiny.

Glumshanks: There it is! The Master Portal! In the Other Realm! My master went there...

Voice 1: So...I must travel there? Destroy the force powering all the Portals, and the Skylanders?

Glumshanks: You ARE the Void Master, aren't you?

The Void Master: So that is what you in Western Skylands call me...very well. First...I shall need a Portal.

Glumshanks: Well, that's easy.

The Void Master: Not just any Portal...the Portal of the Last Portal Master in Skylands.

Glumshanks: Eon's Portal? The Skylanders have heavily guarded it!

The Void Master: You see...I am the Void Master. The only one left. I can control the Void, create living objects in it, and bring it to life here. But you must supply me the power to use the Void.

Glumshanks: Where do I get this power?

The Void Master: From fallen souls...

Glumshanks realised that the person he was talking to was true darkness, nothing like he had seen before. He knew that he and his master would not fail anymore...not with the Void Master in their hands.

And little did he know that, in reality, he was in the Void Master's hands.

Chapter 3 - The Other Realm

: That was......AWESHUM. Hey, Eruptor, howzit going on your save file?

: Well, I tried to barf at everyone but got tired to early, and realised I pick Nightmare Mode.

: I thought Spyro told ya not to pick ze Kaos face?

: I wanted to get rid of him, so when he was selected I mashed buttons. And it just went into the game! Woah...what? That was weird...

: What?

: Those ninjas over there. Like, in green.

: Where? I don't s...

AMBUSH!

Evil Stealth Elves 1, 2, and 3 pop out from behind them.

Evil 1: Now you see us...now......you still do.

: Trig...do you think it's a good time to...maybe...uh....uh....I forgot what I was about to say.

: ERUPTOR! HELP ME LIFT ZE BOX OF SKYLANDERS! QUICK!

: Wait....whaa? Oh...okay.

Eruptor climbs down from the tabe he was sitting on and pushes the box lid containing the other Skylanders.

: TRIG! You out there? What's happening outside?

: Eh...Spyro, if I told you we were being ambushed by Evil Stealth Elves, would you believe me?

: But...that can't be! It...

: I'M HIT! CALL A MEDIC! CALL A MEDIC!

: SHUT UP! Zat vas a zecoy, zat vahn standing next to you? It does not do anyzing. Zey are on ze Pook Blade Zaint path.

: Why is it that you always pick up a Russian accent when you are angry?

: I zed SHUT AHP! Why iz zit zat you alvays have to interrupt my converzationz with Zpyro?

: Trig...watch out!

And the last thing Trigger Happy saw that day was three Stealth Elfs - evilized, in a kicking pose right near his face. Ouch.

Evil 2: Get the Portal. GO!

: NO! EON's PORTAL!

: But...uh...we have four, so what if they don't pick the right one?

: Yeah, but what about the totally obvious EON's PORTAL sign at the front?

: Spyro? You're awake?

: Yes, watching them get Eon's Portal.

: WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAT? Oh no...

: ERUPTOR! Help us lift the lid!

: Yes boss.

Together, Gill Grunt, Spyro and Eruptor pushed upwards on the lid, and finally, it popped off.

: YEAH!

: Spyro...shall we go after her? I mean, them evil ninjas?

: Uh....good idea, Let's FLY!

Cynder and Spyro raced out of the house, and glimpsed an Evil Stealth Elf in the doorway, running.

Spyro then dashed out, knocking all but one over, and fireballed the last. Eons Portal lay right in front of him.

: Whew...wait...Dark Spyro? You...


Then in a flash, Dark Spyro appeared out of nowhere, and launched fully upgraded purpleized flame balls in Spyro's face.

: Lights....out!

: NO! SPYRO!

Chapter 4 - Cynder and the Reinforcements

: Cynder? Gill? Trig?

: Spyro! You're awake!

: They took Eon's Portal!

: THE portal?

: Yeah! That one!

Realising this, Spyro lifted himself up...slowly...

: I have to...get...it back.

: You aren't fully recovered yet.

: You're right...Cynder, you have to get it back...call the reinforcements...Eon said that they'd help us...

Cynder knew exactly what Spyro was talking about. Reinforcements were...well, more Skylanders. At the stores.

She flew up, and out a window of the house, then took a turn left, left, right, and left.

In front of her was a large sign that said... TARGET.

She swooped in, enjoying the wind beneath her wings. As she folded her wings and started walking across the store, she noticed the Skylanders logo to the right.

: Cynder! That you?

: Sure is. Whe are the others?

: Right in front of ya.

: We need help, they got Eon's Portal!

: The Master Portal? No way!

: Believe me on that. Anyway, we need you to get there. Our owner has just got Skylanders Giants yesterday, so you guys can get in Skylands again.

: Yeah, but how are we gonna get in that house without making the kid suspicious?

: The way that always works... Mail from Activision.

Cynder grabbed a large cardboard box, fitted Bouncer, Eye-Brawl, and the last Ninjini in.

She then flew to the printer, stepped on a few buttons, and there came out a sticker with their address and Activision logo there.

She proceeded back home, struggling to lift the box.

MEANWHILE AT THE HOUSE...

: THE KID's COMING!

: But Cynder's gone! He'll get suspicious!

: DROBOT! Create a holographic image of Cynder's figure beside you. It won't work in game...but at least he can see it without getting suspicious of us.

: DONE!

: EVERYONE FREEZE!

A child about twelve came out of a room and proceeded towards the Skylanders.

He fiddled with Spyro a little, but went away after a few minutes.

: That was close!

: Wait...he's coming back!

The child returned with a box. An orange box. An orange box with the Skylanders Giants logo with it.

: Ally detected - Skylanders Giants Portal Owner's Pack - includes game and Tree Rex.

: Hellooooooo Series 1s!

Chapter 5 - The Mail

Cynder pushed the four Giants (Crusher, Bouncer, Eye-Brawl and Ninjini) up onto the mailbox. Then she heard Bouncer say...

: THUMPBACK! What in hail are you doing here?

: I'm supposed to only be here for Easter, but the kid put me back in when he found me -y'know, the one in the ad. Anyway, HAAAAAIIILLL TO THE MAAAIIILL!

: Cynder...how long do we have to wait in this brown box?

: Only until the mailbox is checked. Seeya!

: Wait, Cynder! Cynder? Hello?

Meanwhile inside the house.

: Sheeeeesh...you Series 1s look terrrrrible.

: Better than you at least, bark face!

: HEY! I'm gonna drop the hammer if you don't stop it!

: I wasn't talking to you.

: I know, but that's my great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great great grandfather's cousin you're talking to!

: Oh really? Wow! Nice to meet you, cousin's great great great.....

: Iritatedness level on 400% capacity.

: ....grandson.

: Tree Rex is mah father's cousin's brother's stepmother's ex-wife's employee's former roommate!

: Being in the Life element is starting to get reeeeeeeeeeaaallly creepy.

: True that!

: Spyro!!! I'm baaaack!

: How'd you go?

: Great. They're in the mailbox.

Meaaaaaanwhiiillleeeeee......at the Void Master's Lair...

The Void Master: My portal! The precious portal...

Glumshanks: That isn't...really your portal.

The Void Master: It's...mine now. Oh, and Glumshanks, don't do that.

Glumshanks: What?

The Void Master: You were touching the portal before. Seriously don't.

Glumshanks: What's so bad about touching it? *touch*

The Void Master: You're a troll like thing...trolls are icky. So...ick...

Glumshanks: RACISM!!!!!

The Void Master held his staff high and blasted purple energy at Glumshanks.

Glumshanks: BZZZZRRRRRRTTBBBBBstopBZZZRRRRRZBBBZZZZZitBZZZRRRTTTnowBZZZZRRR

The Void Master: That should be enough of a punishment.

Glumshanks: That.......w-w-was ...p-p-p-painfu-u-ul. Who....are you....anyway?

The Void Master: Oh, your master, Kaos, knows me well indeed. I think you've heard of me many times too...

Glumshanks: I don't...I don't understand.

The Void Master: You'll see...

Chapter 6 - The Plan + Trigger Happy's REVENGE.

The Skylanders (All S1s + Tree Rex, Bouncer, Eye-Brawl, Crusher and Ninjini) gathered around the circle, waiting for Spyro to speak.

: SKYLANDERS! As you all know, Kaos has Eon's Portal. This postal, passed down to Portal Masters of every generation, is the portal that controls all others. With this, Kaos can bring EVERY ONE of his minions to the real world. He can teleport himself to the Fist of Arkus, the Core of Light, any place you can imagine.

: Because of this the Leaders of the Elements, Spyro, Me, Trigger Happy, Stealth Elf, Eruptor, Jet Vac, Terrafin, Chop Chop and uh....we have only eight elements, right?

: And Tree Rex for the Giants.

: I knew that. Anyway, the leaders have decided to make a plan and get Eon's Portal back. Eruptor, your turn.

: Eh, wait what? Uh....uh....

: Why is this guy our leader, anyway?

: Remember, the pizza eating contest?

: Not the best way to choose a leader...

: We...uh...are going to take the battle right to Kaos' apartment! That's my only line right?

: *whisper* Eruptor, you blob head, it's LAIR.

: Uh...what? A lair? Where?

: Nevermind. I'll continue. The Magic skylanders are going to go right to the entrance, the water ones to the left side of his lair, the life ones to the right, the earth ones to the bottom, the tech ones to the back entrance, air skylanders go through the top and the other two are reinforcements.

: YAY!

: It probably means you don't do anything...

: Oh...

: Anyway...we get there by Flynn's ship. Since it can only take two Skylanders at once...stupid player limit... We have to land two by two on the nearest island, and then the winged skylanders can fly us to our destination.

: When we get there...we eliminate any minions we can, fracture foes and get the Portal.

: All in favour say WE LOVE JET-VAC BECAUSE HE HAS AN AWESOME ACCENT!

Mean while, Trigger Happy was on Drobot, flying towards Kaos' lair. This action... would put his life at a giant risk of death. I MEAN GIANT. YESH. NYEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEHEH.

Wait what? That wasn't supposed to be typed. You know too much!
