Any programs they ask you to download should be safe. I used them before.

I'm not 100% sure if it's possible to make them 100x100 without ruining the GIF, because I couldn't do it before, but if you're okay with 100x74 then it should work fine.

If the GIF is too big, use http://www.online-image-editor.com/ to reduce the colors smilie
