I'm home schooled, so thats kinda hard for me to do. But whe I was 3 or 4 I lied to my mom and told her ws sick so that she would take me to work with her instead of dropping of with my sister at day care. The women who ran it was very mean.

I would never do that even though I don't like school.

When I was sick.

I won't lie, yes I skipped school and yes I skipped classes. *walks away*

I'd fake illness when either I couldn't face the day because something had happened/was going to happen. Only once did I fake it because I couldn't be bothered to go.

I skipped a hideously boring History lesson. I said I had a piano lesson and hung out in the toilets for the hour. I don't do it anymore though.

No. When you take AP/Honors classes, you can't afford to skip school. I've gotten to where I'll pretend to be alright when I'm sick.

Well I skipped a day of school but that is a long story that isnt worth the effort of telling someone :|

I've never skipped class (because they tend to hunt you down if you're a minute late anyway), but my school says I missed 20 days this past year. And they still put me in Honors classes anyway.

When I'm sick

I did once. I wasn't ready for a test that day.

I did several times in the past, most of them I had to call in sick, having an appointment, or other logical reasons.

I did some in high school but you can really only get away with it once or twice in college before your grades suffer.

Yes, I skipped one day to write a 15-page research paper (it took 6 hours). And then later, I skipped a lot right before I withdrew and was chucked in the crazy house. ^.^b

In middle school, I didn't in sixth and seventh grade. However, I did skip the whole school day sometimes in eighth. Only one day I missed when I had to, for a funeral.
It was usually to skip field trips (we had three, skipped two, should've skipped all of 'em though) or just when I didn't want to go to gym class. Yes, I hate gym class enough to skip a whole day of school and get a lot of homework the next day.

I did skip exploring children's literature class twice with a friend of mine because they went to the gym to play dodgeball without telling us for three days. We got caught the third day though.

I probably won't be able to afford skipping any days in high school though :|
