Okay so i got the bag of chips with the sidekicks on it right? So once i get home i try to order one since its late now and a few seconds after it brought up pay pal it sent me back to the begining i then entered the code again and its says code already used WTF?!?!

I think you should wait in that condition.. It happened to me before in an online coupon purchase (not skylanders). Should just wait for their respond in the call cs..

Happened to me to but I diddnt want to take any chances so I bought another bag. Only problem is the system thinks you already have the figure. I even changed my address to my new address and it still didnt work. I ended up using my wifes email and phone number along with my new address and it finally worked.

Call customer support and they will give you a new code.

This is a known bug. I was told it would be fixed today (Monday).

Okay I called they said try again on wendsday since that's the day they're resetting the site and it may work again and if it still doesn't work call them again and they'll tell us how to order it another way from what i heard
