The answer is Japan of course, but which Japanese sites stock them and ship to overseas at reasonable prices?

You need a middleman, but they're pretty pricey sometimes. (I've ordered EarthBound things from Japan, NOT CHEAP.)

I forget where, but long ago I got a DNAngel soundtrack from Japan. I think it was at a reasonable price.

Otherwise, you need a middle man of some kind. I've gotten Kingdom Hearts Final Mix for $40 from a vendor at an anime convention. Reasonable for a video-game, however for Birth By Sleep Final Mix I had to pay $80 at a different vendor (same convention).

I too would like to know somewhere I could get a Japanese Darklight Crypt at a decent price. I'd prefer not to go over $40.
