I'm talking about the Lava Barf Eruptor, Rattle Snake and the other one, or will they sell them separately? I'm debating pre-ordering the 3DS.

Volcanic Eruptor should be exclusive.
Free Ranger has been revealed not to be.
Rattle Shake shouldn't be either.

vulcanic eruptor is like dark spyro, he will be an single exclusif to some countries(mine included)
free ranger will be like stealth elf, and will be released in the first wave
rattle shake sadly will be like ignitor.....

If you saw some of the photos and videos from e3 you'll have noticed the packaging for free ranger and few of the other swap force characters do have single packs. You can find free ranger in the 3ds version but he'll also be in a single. I think all swap force characters are going to be available with or without starters and only the ninja stealth elf and lava barf eruptor are the ones that will be exclusive to their packs this time.

Taking that last ride through the sunset on skylanders. Hopefully a return of more classic spyro gameplay in the horizon.
