Welcome to our Fan-Fic, "Clash of the Guardians!" This story is written by: Me, Dark_Cynder, and our newest writer, NightOwl!
This is a Spyro related story about four Dragonesses from four different types of Dragon temples. The names of each one will be released soon but currently, there is an Ice Temple, a Fire Temple, an Electricity Temple, an Earth Temple, and the Elemental Temple. (The Elemetal Temple is where the story will first begin.)
The main characters names are: Venus Element Fire, Lyra Element Ice, Zasha Element Electricity, and Genia Element Earth. There are more characters that will remain annoymous, until they make their debut in a chapter!
Here is the first chapter, ENJOY!

Chapter One: Prolouge
Darkness shrouded the land as the smell of war was in the air. A large red, orange dragon sat memorized at a golden temples grotto. His scaley eyes where closed, as if he was concentrating on something hard, as clanks and clatters were heard from the armed dragons behind him. All, where waiting for freedom or death, none of them knew which.
When the dragon opened an eye he could see the land he loved dearly, the land he thought that could possibley never be the same. It was just now he had thought of it. The once grassy land had turned to a light brown, and the sky was so dark it seemed as though it were made out of smoke.
He gave an exagerrated sigh, and turned around to see Volteer running towards him. "Ignitus!" He shouted gasping for breath as he reached him. "I have hidden the Guardian eggs, throughout the swamp and made sure a part of the mercenaries is their to guard them." Ignitus only nodded and then turned to the group of male dragons slowly. "All right every one! I know your trip has been difficult, but to protect the future Guardians, we must fight!" He said harshly pacing slowly infront of them.
"But, that is not all. I have talked to the leaders of your clans. As you now an egg was each taken from each of your temples hatchery, chosen to become the next Guardians of this Temple!" But before Ignitus could even breath another word, a large roar and pulsing red eyes appeared from the sky. Everyone watched in disbelief for a brief second, until an army of wretched shadow beasts appeared at the other side of the land.
"Battle stations!" Ignitus roared spewing bits of fire at the eneimies direction in rage. "Go!" The army charged as Ignitus recieted the dragons sacred oath for luck, "May the ancestors be look after you, may they look after us all." And with that he blew a great amount of fire. Stronger then ever before, and took to the sky, ready to face his greatest fear...

This Dragoness was born to be a leader, though her hot temper can get the better of her, Lyra is always the one to cool her down. She is stubborn, strong, spunky and always independant.
Lyra

Side: Good
Lyra is more of a peace maker. Her and Venus share a special bond between each other, though they could be no more different then fire and ice. She is sweet, good natured, kind, and shy.
(And I'm not asking you to allow me to do chapters with you) He used to be an Ice guardian of the Dragon Temple in the Icy part of the Dragon Realms, but if you want, you can use him how you want
