Definitely images in GB and signature.

The option to change user name would be nice, the problem I see with that is people taking advantage of it causing confusion.
Perhaps a limit on changing your user name, like maybe once a year.

GB already exists, when your name next to your AVI has a ! Mark it means you have a new message, and for PMs it will say '# New Message(s)'

Some of these features were here...once upon a time...

I agree with signatures allowing images, I guess.
And visual limit counters for guestbooks and posts (more of an old suggestion than "what is not allowed").

I remember on one of my dS surveys, the answers to a similar question were much like here...of course, that was before we had moderators, so you can guess what it mostly was.
