Weren't they about 125 gems when they were first released? I have been waiting on purchasing them yet when I logged on this morning and was just checking out the companions, I noticed they were 25 gems each. Am I just crazy in remembering or were they always that cheap?

When you purchase Hot Dog's number one fan, does Molten Hot Dog also get a bonus? (I don't have the original Hot Dog). Dark Spyro gets a bonus from Spyro's no 1 fan - I thought it might be the same with Molten Hot Dog.

Yes. Molten gets HD fan's bonus, legendary and dark get spyro fan's bonus.

I think Spyro fan dropped to 25 about a month ago, much to the chagrin of those that paid full price. Have others dropped as well?

I bought Zap's, Hot Dog's and Tree Rex's fans this morning for 25 a piece. I couldn't believe they were so inexpensive.

It's been mentioned elsewhere, but I think that Spyro's #1 fan is now free. I don't recall an announcement about the reduction in price for the others, but it's welcome news. If you haven't loaded up on all of them yet, now is a great time to do that.

Spyro's #1 fan went free a few weeks ago. I wasn't sure if it was a temporary thing or not (I can't tell now that I have him). I just looked and the rest are all 25 gems. To me, that's a good value for them. I didn't see buying them, before, as there are other things I could use my gems on. But 25 isn't bad at all. I may still hold off, as I'm saving up for when one of the shrines go 50% off, again. I was a little short when the earth shrine was on sale, the other day. I'm over 150, so I should be ready when they go on sale, again. If I get enough to get a 1/2 off shrine and a fan, I might consider it. I'm not sure what else I really want to buy with gems, right now. There are a few Skylanders I still need, but I have enough to play the game, so I'm waiting on that. Plus I'm hoping to get a Bluetooth portal, one day, to put all my Skylanders on (my wife and I both have Activate accounts, so we both can't use the same web code). Once I do that, I may just try saving gold up for spins to see who I get before I buy any straight up with gems.
