What the hell is the secret handshake in contacting Activision! When the game was inaccessible a while back, they were easy to reach on FB, but now ........
I tried FB and all they have is black ops stuff and no recent updates and I can not login to the Activision support site to ask, but it seems to be a joke anyways. I lost over 600 gems and no idea why, they were ther one minute and gone the next. Thanks in advance!

The only way I found to open a support ticket was via phone, but it doesn't appear to mean anything. It was 20 days ago and the status is still "escalated." Good luck!

I feel your pain. I couldn't believe my eyes when clicking all the support links at the Activision site initiated a series of never ending circles which always end back at the support home page. Some of the support menus for Lost Islands don't even include Apple, iOS or iPad as supported platforms. There are plenty of users stuck in Load Error 13 limbo. If you're really lucky, it sometimes clears itself. I was one of the lucky ones.

Dear ATVI assist. I am glad for LKNmomma that you were able to respond through this forum. But what about those people that don't use Facebook or tweet? I currently don't have an issue but what if I do? Are you always checking this site? And please don't give me that long distance phone number listed on the activision website..... Cause it ain't gonna happen.

ATVIAssist why do you include your website when it does not work?

People are constantly telling you that on Facebook but get brushed off with something like "but you have found us here now".

The average person would not know to use Facebook or Twitter or if they did do not want accounts due to security and privacy concerns.

Personally, on Facebook i do not have any posts to my wall or valid info on there in spite of having my settings to private. I simply do not feel safe. The only thing I use it for is to contact you!

If you mean the link not working, the period got rendered as part of the URL. If you use the one below you get a working page.

However, I tried the functionality on the page, and there was a lot of "reach us by phone", but never a send us an email.

I ran into the same problem trying to find an email address. I ended up calling them about some lost gems. Took about fifteen minutes, but they sent my son the gems no problem.
