No, I'm the same way, They are too slow for me---and as such they are not my go to guys in general. I still enjoy them---but will enjoy them more once their speed heroics are done

Oh yes, how could I have forgotten their horrific speed. All of them are horribly slow but Ninjini. Another thing to add to the list.

Well, personally, I find they DO hit well, and tend to take a lot of damage, but yeah, they're all so slow (I include Ninjini/Scarlet Ninjini in this) it always feels so tedious to use them for any length of time.

And I really don't get everybody excepting Ninjini on speed complaints. She does apparently have a high speed STAT, but I find functionally she's not really better than any of the other giants, and I find most regular Skylanders to be faster. Especially the ones who have a dash, which Ninjini doesn't (and this is from someone who loves Ninjini, who has looked forward to owning her since day 1). She glides nice and smoothly, glossing over how slow she is, but I still find her slow.

I enjoy them just on easy/normal/hard (especially once the speed stat has been leveled up)... pointless on nightmare. On nightmare they are torn to bits - just far too slow.

Agree. Hate the Giants in general. they should have stuck with the regular figs.

admitly the slowness of the Giants can get very annoying. As for Ninjini, I think she's awesome but she can be slow too... if not in her movement, in her primary attack. However, unlike most of the other giants, her floating allows her to move over terrain that would either slow down, or slipery without getting effected.

I've just played a few levels and find the Giants are annoying. Switched back for a regular once I didn't need it anymore.
Are the HC hard with the Giants? They go so slow.

Most of the HC's have special add ons for giants... including, short cuts that would either require a bomb further down the challenge or not even accessible at all. Plus, (The race with the pancakes) Giants get extra time for each pancake.

Same here everytime i play skylanders giants, i mostly use the regular figures than the giants.

I don't mind the giants, although I have fully leveled all of them and once they are at max level/heroics they are not that bad.

i play as them if i have to i think =)

Yeah, we get that speed is the tradeoff for the power...it's simply that it impacts how much fun we have with 'em.

Hello. I'm overpowered.

I never enjoyed the giants game over all.In my opinion it was more of an expansion pack like for the sims.I never used the giants after I got them fully upgraded as they don't need anymore exp after level 8 IMO.

When it comes to speed, Ninjini, Eyebrawl, Douncer and Crusher are pretty lame, just because they have no other way to move. Meanwhile, Swarm can fly, Hothead can drive, Tree Rex can run and Thumpback can dive.

But even with a burst attack making travel a little faster, they are still woefully equipped to counter unhuman shields and other enemies that require a modicum of agility. Only Swam can zip about fast enough.

I think since swarm can get around the fastest you would like him and crusher, I just like the idea of smashing enemies with a hammer.....

I actually love the giants i can see them better

the Giants are kinda slowpokes

i feel that the giants are really slow

Look how slow they are in this video lol

Also notice how they are called Giants.. yet those robots are bigger than they are... Plus, the Giants are much bigger in some of the previews than in the game and the toy version.

Ah yes, the video which first got me wanting Ninjini (before having to wait over 4 months to get her, LOL!). Yes, they are definitely misleading in this video. Tree Rex especially is quite agile, with that running into an assisted jump to punch the robot king in the face!

And yeah, before I got Giants, just the name made me think they'd be about the size of the Arkeyan robots from the later chapters of the first game, so when I saw them they didn't seem all that "giant".
