That's weird, because judging from personal experience and reading other peoples' experiences online, Ninjini is FAR from a shelf warmer, just about everyone is finding her to be hard to find (and even more so for Scarlet).

Where in the world are you HotDogAndZap? (and I mean that literally, I'm not using the cliche saying, LOL!)

I've seen a max of 7 at a time, and a minimum of 1. I'm usually able to find one every time I go out hunting.

I'd prefer not to give away my location, but I am in America, and I'm in the Midwest area. That's all I'll give away...

I KNEW I should have included "And don't be concerned about security or privacy, just a city and a state only narrows it down to like a million people, it's still plenty private and secure", LOL! It really should be common sense by now and not need saying.

Like, I have no qualms about saying I live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. Something like 3 million people live in Montreal, this is HIGHLY unspecific.

I guess that's better than nothing, though. All you've really provided is Country, and that does answer the main question, because rarity changes a LOT in other countries.

I still have yet to see a single Ninjini in New Zealand (or at least Hastings), so I'm glad I ordered her online.

Found 7 at GameStop today, most I've ever seen in one place and they are the first ones I've seen since she first came out

I got lucky and found a Ninjini at Walmart earlier this week in the back of a row of giants. Of course, I picked her up and she's pretty much the best. I've got her up to level 13 already and fully powered up including the soul gem. She's so powerful that she levels up fairly quickly.

On amazon, sometimes you'll get lucky and get her for the regular price and not $50.00. Thats how I got mine.

I only get 3rd party sellers when I click that link (I saw it on another thread, too). Currently I'm seeing $25.77 from CINDYSBEANS.

And just because the OP is Riptoed doesn't mean it's useless to him. You don't have to be a member to READ the threads, just to post. That's how I got to these forums in the first place, I was Googling for help with the Talking To Wilikins Achievement, I couldn't get it, and one result was a thread on this forum. I read through it completely without belonging (then I got the Achievement and wanted to share my input, so I signed up).

Ninjini is $14.99 on Amazon currently and I also saw 3 in stock at my local Walmart...actually, Walmart had all 7 giant figures in stock (+ Tree Rex in the starters).
