Would it be possible to set a forum rule in-stone regarding discussing outright illegal activities?

This is a pretty great forum, and we know folks from TFB and Activision come here. I hate to think that this forum's reputation is being tainted by those who brag about committing flat out illegal activities that harms both the Skylanders brand and retailer relations.

They seem to only post in the General section apart from the other sections of the forums.

There was one in Stuff and Nonsense a week or so ago?, but it died pretty quickly.
