WARNING: This is not for repaints or reposes, this is for fan made completely new Skylanders.
I have recently made three and I find this very fun.

P.S You do not have to do as much as me, at least make a name and the three attacks.

P.P.S Thanks for the idea person I don't remember the username of at this moment for the idea from your contest.

Name: Sneak Bite (lame I know, but, best I could do.)
Catchphrase: Flight, Fight and Bite!
Element: Undead
Species: Vampire Ninja
First Attack: Master Ninja: Nun chucks in each hand.
Damage: 14
Second Attack: Switch for pain: Punch and kick, switches every hit.
Damage: 10
Third Attack: Fly time: Turns into a bat and flies.
Damage: X
Soul Gem: Bat form can now attack with a bite. (Damage 11)
Wow Pow: Becomes equipped with black gear. (Gear also goes to nun chucks which do increased damage.)

Name: Hair Ball
Catchphrase: Prepare for the claw!
Element: Undead
Species: Werewolf
First Attack: Claws like Saws: Uses Claws to hit enemies
Damage: 15
Second Attack: Dog Pound: Pounds the ground to make a shock wave
Damage: 10
Third Attack: Scratch attack: Scratch to unleash flees to do harmful things
Damage: 8
Soul Gem: Now sheds a trail to do damage
Wow Pow: Shedings now turn into attacking minions

Name: Crash Bandicoot
Catchphrase: Peach Please?
Element: Magic
Species: Bandicoot
First Attack: Twister: Turns into a giant twister
Damage: 15
Second Attack: Peach Bazooka: Shoots peaches from a bazooka
Damage: 16
Third Attack: Robo Time: Hops in a giant robot crushing anything in its way. Limited time
Damage: 11
Soul Gem: Robo Time now can last forever
Wow Pow: Bazooka is now installed in the giant robot.
