Does anyone know how to make a GIF avatar work? [CLOSED]

My current avatar is a GIF but it is not working at all.

Did you save it as a .jpg or a .gif?

Does it even have the photograms that make it an "animated image"? Send me the link to it, if you please.

If the name is why it's not working the image is called sulley.patrick.gif.

Save the pic to your pictures, then click it when you look for your avatar in settings.

how many bytes/whatever does it take up

MAYBE, your avatar is recognized as a .patrick.gif (note that it doesn't exist.)

Change the name of the avatar to anything but make sure its only .gif , try naming it sulley.gif

oh and see for yourself if the gif still works on the computer, if not. save the gif again.
