Yeah... maiby the Giantkicks....!?!?!?!?!?!? I would not be surprise if they release them on the Skylanders festival...

No, its the SSA SideKicks. They still have so many that the "Buy $20 worth of Skylanders to get a SideKick" did not work very well since their was not alot of new release of characters. I know Ninjini and Scarlet just came out during that time but that would not get you to $25 unless you bought another character or found them at the same time (Highly unlikely) and the way it looks is that most people have everything they wanted when this sale kicked off. Now they are just trying to get rid of the left overs before the GiantKicks come out.

The promotion was for either $20 or $19.99 (reports I heard varied). That's two regular Skylanders, a triple pack or a battle pack. Or a giant and a regular (which really would be $25). In Canada it was certainly $20, I took advantage of it twice. It was the same promotion in the States, just at different times.

No. They aren't. They're doing a free Side Kick w any Giants toy purchase. So you wouldn't have to spend $20. You could spend $10 on a regular single and still get a Side Kick.

I was told at my local that it was free w/ a $18 pre-tax. Other stores said w- purchase but not sure the amount or w/ a giant.
Not sure which if any will be true come day of.

That was a touch rude, seeing as he was correct, the promotion IS over. Lloyd lives somewhere near me, in Canada. I was told, and found this to be true, that OUR $20 promotion ended June 2. Our promotion started before the one in the States (the more recent one). And most likely the event wasn't here (I was busy, I wasn't able to check). Lloyd's only error was calling it "Gamestop", ours are EBGames.

No.
They gave out a free sidekick (SSA) when you buy any Skylanders figure, some stores were requiring you to buy Scarlet or Starter Pack or certain amount spent (more than $9.99).
