Currently no. I was the "student community leader" at boarding school. Everyone pushed me to do it, but I don't like the attention.

Well, I'm an NCO. So yeah.

I'll be moved to Finland's reserve troops at 20.6.2013, so technically I'll be a civilian starting from tomorrow.

Damn, a year went past so quickly. My military conscription is almost over.

Well when in trouble, some people will turn to me for advice on what the group should do. Think of it as a "battle plan". I think that counts for something. This has happened offline most of the time. It has happened online, but not as much.
Oh and I'm Admin of a small community(Around 30-40 people).

By leadership roles, I meant things like club presidents, team captains, etc. Stuff that's official and outside of the Internet that gives you some kind of authority.

I have been in more official leadership roles before, but currently none. I'm told I'm good at it, but it doesn't suit my personality to lead. I see myself as neither leader or follower, but as an independant.
