I have one. I bought it in Barcelona last year. It's of Spyro on his skateboard(the two back wheels have fallen off though).

Some people are able to speak french and english (like me), but most people speak english. There's only 1 province in Canada (Québec) that only speaks french though.

Check on ebay I got one on their that was 18" tall and it was in Canada and thats where I live
