Isn't this a bit extreme for such a minor event? This doesn't need a sticky, and I agree this could've been a PM thing.

This, but sess had me blocked, and he wouldnt take it to PMs.
And seriously, you dont need to abuse your power by making a topic and stickying it, but it also shows that you care about the people you mod, so its not all bad.
