This is from the 1983 movie "Bad Boys". It's about teenagers in a juvenile reform center, but instead of reforming, they just get bigger, badder, and angrier, more prepared for an adult life of crime. It's really a sad movie, but I saw it on TV the other day and I just wanted to share some of this particularly disturbing clip that stands out from the rest.
