There are twelve. Each with existences wiped clean, with no one to know they ever existed. They fight for the Earth’s balance and organisms from going out of whack, even if no one recognizes it. Each was carefully picked and chosen, one from each year of the animals of the Chinese Zodiac. They were picked by how cunning they were, how much skill they had, and their ambitions. Their names were erased as well, replaced with the name of their animal: Horse, Dog, Tiger, Ox, Snake, Rabbit, Rat, Dragon, Goat, Monkey, Rooster, and Pig. Each child is given the spirit of their animal, which becomes their partner and will fight by their side at all times, as well as share their pain. During their missions, they will have a codename, so as no demon or foul creature discovers their true name. They are able to morph into their animal as well. These children are only ever known in the mortal world as myths. The Zodiac Children.

He became adapt to the streets and lived as a street child, killing demons until he was found and made a Zodiac Child. His whole life he lived to be a thief so he has a habit of stealing items.

OOC: A lot. When all of the Zodiac Children are taken though, there will only be heirs, so the next ones in line for the position, and you can make a mortal. Only twelve heirs, though.

Tiger walked down the streets. She was bored, and couldn't seem to sense any demons nearby. She continued walking until she reached the end of the street and she then turned into and alleyway.

Dog ran down the streets. He was panting already. Several demons were chasing him.
"Just my luck." he spat.

Markus walked out of a nearby shop "What the?"He said under his breath.

Dog ran by Ox.
"Nice morning, huh Markus!?" called Icarus as he ran.

"Yes a bit strange for so many demons at once though"Markus said

"Yep! I decided to take them all on!" said Dog cheerfully.

"As if you can" Markus said as he smiled.

Dog frowned.
"You're right. I took on too many. Help?" He asked with a grin.

"Okay" Markus said.

Dog morphed into a giant blue dog and Shine leaped over him and landed gracefully in front of him with a snarl.

Markus turned into a big black ox, he then rammed a few of the demons.

Icarus ran forward with Shine behind him. The two tackled two demons, taking them out.

OOC: Announcement! I am changing Tiger's codename! Please take a look!

"How did you get so many???" Markus said as he attacked the demons again.

Dog shrugged and grinned.
"I'm a natural!" he called cheerfully.

Shine tackled a demon.
"You're an idiot is more like it." she growled.

"That was the word I was looking for"Markus grumbled.

Shine smiled.
"Indeed." she said.

Icarus took out the final demon.
"Thanks Markus." he panted, morphing back to his human form.

Tiger walked down the alley, sensing other Zodiacs. She stumbled upon Ox and Dog.

"Your welcome" Markus said.

"Well look who I happen to stumble upon. Ox, and Dog. I'm fine with Ox, but Dog, what kind of stupid things have you gotten into today?" said Tiger.

Dog seemed to become suddenly depressed.

Shine snarled.
"Don't be mean to him. I have permission to injure you at maximum." she growled.

An auburn gold tiger appeared.
"Then you answer to me." she snarled.

The tension began to grow.

"Whoa stop it !" Markus said

The two animals turned to look at Ox.

Tiger frowned.
"Whatever. Come on Lightfoot." she growled.

"Coming. Gladly." snarled Lightfoot and the tiger followed her master.

Shine trotted up to Dog.
"Are you okay master? You seem hurt." she said.

"I am." was all Dog replied. His face was red as he looked up at Ox, a few tears rolling down his cheeks. "Thanks again." he said.

" Wait why are you crying?" Markus said

"It's nothing you should worry about." said Dog, and he walked off.

"My master really likes Tiger. She always so harsh on him though, so he thinks he's always got to be perfect to make her happy, which is obviously something he'll never be." said Shine to Ox.

"Oh...well It shouldn't matter that much"Makrus said.

"It seems to matter much to him. She is quite harsh on him with how he screws up the plan every time. You've surely noticed, haven't you?" Asked Shine.

" Yeah...you, have but I have messed up the plan to!" Markus said.

Personality: Typically cold towards people, but a really hard worker, puts 200% into everything she does. Once she gets to know a person she will show them a softer side, but it takes a while for her to warm up to someone. She is very free spirited.
History: Growing up was difficult for her, the town she lived in was constantly under the attack of demons. Then would take people leaving everyone in fear, especially her parents. They did everything they could to protect her, which meant sacrificing their life for hers and her older brother's lives. She grew up with her brother who tried hard to become a Zodiac child, so that he could protect his sister brother. He was also kidnapped by the demons and tortured, they told her as a form of mental torture. She then vowed to become a Zodiac child, and did.

"We'll catch up with you later. Bye." She says, chasing after Dog.

" Oh my" Ox said shaking his head. Zelde suddenly appeared.

Tiger stomped down the alleyway, Lightfoot close behind.

"You get to easily shaken, Shana." Said Lightfoot.

Ox took a short walk and then entered a nearby shop.

"Be quiet Lightfoot. I'm not in the mood." growled Shana.

"When are you ever?" inquired Lightfoot.

Shana glared.

Ox noticed a fine black hat "Hmmm" He tried on the hat "Perfect" Ox said.

So am I accepted?

OOC: Ah, okay!

Dragon let out a sigh, she hated this, everything was just so... So boring! When was she going to be able to kick some demon butt? It had been only a few days since she became a Zodiac Child, and she had yet to see a demon. It was crazy, she use to see them daily, now none. Perhaps they were afraid of her, she smiled at the thought, the tables have indeed turned. She let out a bitter laugh and looked up to the sky, when out of nowhere her first prey tries to surprise attack her. Enki charges out of the woods and she pulls out the gun she has carried on her since the incident with her parents. Her brother taught her how to use it. She shot a few rounds at the ghastly creature, distracting it so Enki could attack. Once he did, she slipped the gun away and transformed into a powerful brown Earth Dragon. With one snap it tried to retreat. She jumped and bit off its head. She morphed back after spitting out the head and watched the body dissolve away. She crouched low and picked at the grass that was blackened with the demons blood and smiled.

Tiger watched Dragon.
"Good job. For just now becoming a Zodiac, that was a good performance." She said.

Ox walked out of the shop.
