So, I made this new topic about a new idea.
Instead of Nuzlocke, like in pokemon, we have Skylocke.

Rules:

Can't change skylander unless your previous one needs to rest or the elemental zone changes.
If zone changes you can change to a skylander of that zone eg. Swarm goes into a fire zone change to ignitor.
Have to pick 30 or less skylanders. Any choice.
If you go into an elemental zone with a skylander of that element you CANNOT change skylander eg. Zap goes into a water zone, can't change.
You can use magical items as many times through the skylocke.
Try to beat story mode!
Magical items count against how many skylanders you have! eg. 26 skylanders 4 magic items= 30 toys
If a skylander gets defeated then you cannot use it for the rest of the story mode.
Can use as many giants, lighcore or whatever as long as you have a count of 30 or less toys.

Try on nightmare mode it is quite fun .
Also say how many skylanders you have left to see how well you did.

No Magical items whatsoever would be harder in my opinion, then again I always forget about them anyway. I like the rules though and I've been wanting to give a skylanders a nuzlocke run anyway.

this chalange can be done in nightmare with ONE skylander AND NO magick items...it sounds to easy in my opninion

Or only eight one for each element and no magic and you have to abide by elemental zones

i used only one skylander(with was drobot) , i only swithced by elemental gates, open them and go back to drobot.....

That could work for most areas except lava or water depending on the one skylander you choose

i used drobots fly abbilety! fire was not a problem too!

Really, I thought only fire skylanders could cross lava

Mmm, you know you COULD make it harder by forcing you to use, inferior characters, rather than those who're deemed overpowered?

Yeah I was thinking that too. I was also thinking if a person wanted a team of eight but wanted it to be completely random. Attach a number to each of your skylanders that are all in the same element and then roll a D6 or higher depending on how many skylanders you have. Do that 8 times for each element and there is your team. Really change it up.

Here's an idea, assuming you can remember it, you can only use the first Skylander you purchased of each element/type. This would grant you 1 of each element, 1 Giant, and if applicable to you, 1 LC. If this is being done in SSA and you're first character of said element was a giants newlander, then you can use the second. Also, even if done in SSA, you may still have the first LC you purchased as a part of your team.

For me, this would be:
S1 Drobot
S1 Flameslinger
S2 Hex
S1 Stealth Elf
Voodood
S2 Sonic Boom
S2 Prism Break
Chill/Wham-Shell
Scarlet Ninjini

i did it only with one........a team of 8 sounds easy to me.........

The game is in general easy, nightmare mode included. I guess by this point its the fun of having the restriction, get to bond with your fantastic 8 instead of the bombardment by having such a large skylander collection.

You could limit yourself to a theme.

As well as no magic items (including Lightcore bursts, and level packs), restrictyourself to Melee only characters, just dragons, just giants... and so on.

Magic items are so not needed to play this game in my opinion, its easy enough as is. I just wish they would stop hand holding people. Go get the key, and then they pan and show us exactly where the key is. Let us just play the game.

No grabbing stationary food healing items, only the food that drops from enemies or viceversa

oh, i didnt do that, i said to myself , only food that is melon/pizza/ice, none otther exxapt within an acident

Sure choose whoever you want, from the Pokemon Nuzlocke the idea is to also use characters you are unfamiliar with to break out of the typical shell of game play

yes, that too, that is why i choose drbot , i barely playd with him, but nowk, he is my all time fave next to a few otther
