Was reading the back of light core pop fizz and noticed "activison makes no guarentees regarding the availability of onlineplay or features, and may modify or discontinue online service in its distrecretion without notice, including for example, ceasing online services for economic reasons due to a limited number of players continuing to make use of the service over time." Did they have this before the closure of the universe or was it always a foreshadow?

It was referring to Skylanders: Universe, like the other packages.

I'm aware, I was wondering if it was there from the beginning and activision had been planning the closure of universe or if it was added since universe closed
