Okay so Lightcore Pop Fizz and Lightcore Chill are starting to show up in Toys R Us stores, so what's the deal with the pre order they had a few months ago? I still have that pre order waiting! Any one else still holding on to the pre order or have given up and already picked up Lightcore Pop Fizz?

I had three single preorders and I cancelled them all and bought from amazon. My toys r us has them in stock locally. They really aren't honoring the preorders they have taken. They don't deserve the business on this one.

Much agreed, what really sucks is I have it pre ordered with a coupon for half off! I will probably see if I can snag one on Amazon like I did with LC Chill.

newer pre-orders say 6/3/13 ship date. I think on monday all preorders will ship.

i have to agree on this one and it'll be interesting how they do the shipment for it tomorrow because they took that in my last payment for my orders. I ordered LLC chill and a Legendary bouncer and the other items were the LC Popfizzs since they were 50% off.

I wasn't charged for either pop fizz so i expect them to do that much just not sure on the actual shipping or they might charge that again.

both of my preorders are nearing shipped and i have an expected eta of the 5th-10th. so they are fulfilling the orders, just waiting how they run the charge through

I just checked mine on toysrus.com and it says I should expect it between the 6th-11th.

I couldn't wait and cancelled my ToysRUs preorder from March and ordered it from Amazon. Since I have Prime, shipping was free. TRS was going to charge me $6.

I have one from march and april but prime is a good deal if you buy a lot on amazon within a year or more than 3-5 shipments I would think for that prime to pay for itself

Update which and apologize on the double post but I would recommend those that did get the pre order earlier than the release now to check their orders because my march one doesn't say so on the website but I got emails from tru.com telling me they cancelled that one so unless they shipped him out already they aren't going to charge me for him and that order is closed.

My other one from april got delayed but should still go through according to them.

I got the same message this morning. My order is still ongoing and not cancelled per TRU's website, but if they do cancel it it will definitely put me off of preordering anything from them again.

I do find it odd that this didn't happen with Legendary Lightcore Chill, but all of a sudden there are issues with the older preorders for LC Pop Fizz. Do you think it's due to the older orders being preordered at the $11.99 price point instead of TRU's current $13.99 in-store or $12.99 website listings?

Something else that I find odd is that they're telling me that they're cancelling the order (if they can) for unspecified reasons, and yet you can still go purchase the same figure on the TRU website at $12.99 (as of 12:43 EST 6/4). I guess we'll just have to wait and see.

I got an email yesterday saying my items shipped. Then this morning an email saying they were canceled but if I get them I can keep them at no charge due to some ftc regulation. I wonder if it did ship or of its canceled? ?????

if the email said they shipped there is a good chance they did. check the status on the website for your order and if there is a tracking number which even the cancelation email tells you that once it's shipped but they went through with the cancellation process that you won't be needing to pay for it if they did take money from your payment method. They'll refund that payment if they did since they sought cancelation according to the regulation. If pop shows you got a free one. I think it's consideration to those of us that waited so long in pre order that some they canceled while others got shipped. I'm waiting to see if either of mine ship despite my cheaper order canceled for pop

They cancelled mine to and it has yet to ship! I don't understand tru I pre bought 2 and this is what I get so sad and they make me so mad no more preorders for them from me........ Been ordered since 3-8-2013 just ain't fair to deal with them. I am going to start dealing with some one else that's for sure...

I really think I should've bought the ones I saw at ToysRUs, as the ones I ordered from Amazon STILL haven't arrived..

Maybe I spoke to soon it now seems that they have sent my 2 orders well if that's the case then I guess I am going to say I'm sorry tru and I will be prordering items from you after all. Well they shiped my 12.99 order, canceled my half off order. Good job TRu At least I found them in store the other day and picked them up cause they just came from the box

update again for my orders is my half priced pop fizz has been shipped and they did just take the payment for him so they didn't charge me twice for the shipping. That shipment though they said they canceled so I wonder if they'll be reversing that charge later like the email said.

You'll know if your order was processed if the item was located in stock for the status of it. Once it hits that status they are preparing to ship it. My second one about 40% off had an email of being delayed but possibly shipped tomorrow so I'll see how that one turns out as well.

Ordered LC Pop Fizz with TRU in March fast forward to June, the first email TRU gave me was they acknowledged my order then I checked my email today and it says my order was CANCELLED so I'm thinking what the heck they just said they acknowledged my order so I quickly order one on Amazon only to get an e-mail later this afternoon saying my TRU order has shipped.....what the heck TRU now I've got to return one. ><'

my second one had an email about being cancelled today but it still has the located in stock like the first order did on the order part for the website. I'll just have to wait until later if it does indeed ship. The first one did and I was still charged for it so just waiting for that one to come atleast and they didn't charge shipping for it since the other item in the order i paid for with shipping.

It's not really the fault of those that pre ordered, it's the fact that toys r us was probably ready back in march to get the LC Pop Fizz but was forced to pull the preorders due to activision not releasing them in the window they were supposed to. Those of us that did, most likely to take advantage of the half price LC when it did come in from pre order is where the problems lie because of that. I'm mostly seeing now from these shipping if their canceling of the orders goes through and I get a refund because of the delay.

As an update on mine, I received an email from TRU last night stating that the order had shipped. As of this morning, UPS is showing that they'd picked up the package and have a due date of 6/10 for delivery. I went back through my payment statements through March and am currently not showing any charge for this order. Their emails did say that they wouldn't charge until it had shipped, so I'll keep checking, but I'm crossing my fingers and hoping they don't bother. I wouldn't normally even think about trying to get something free from a company (outside of specifically offered deals), but with the whole mess of "We're cancelling your order that you've waited on for 3 months, sorry, but we'll be happy to ship you one from our website at a higher cost" I don't feel so bad. :-D

Unlike best buy with their black friday fiasco, it seems tru is fulfilling many of those pre orders and in some cases are going to refund it if you are charged and it has already shipped if they were able to cancel it. They're just following regulations and like my edit above, it's just that they are doing the best they can. They got screwed by acti on the release date.

Mine shipped yesterday and I was never charged. They were shipped after I got an email saying they were canceled lol so looks like I got 2 free pops! They will look great next to my 2 free scarlet ninjinis amazon.de sent me. No complaints here.

Is it shipping to Us, specificlly NY yet? I ordered it from Toys R Us and it hasnet arrived yet.

check to see if it has shipped yet as it seems they like to use ups, mine are going to be here by saturday.

My one of local walmart has like 15 of them, I didn't get one and kind of regret it hopefully they still have some to pick one up later!
