Will I ever get back into my game anyone else had this? It says autosave is disabled while they look into a fix.....

I've updated my game still getting same message.

well i got it for almost a month and it really sucks... just hope they can fix the problem...

I got error 7 today. Checking for updates didn't work. My game just crashed. If I log out of activate it reverts my game back to level 13. I was level 21 before it happened. No point continuing from lvl 13 because I had loads of new stuff purchased since. A lot of people are having the same problem since April it seems. Facebook support page has people complaining and Activision support offering same useless work arounds that don't work. I downloaded the game on another of my devices but it didn't work. Had same error when logged in to Activate. I have a feeling that my data was corrupted when I tried to visit a friend. Anyway, I'll try to contact support but not holding my breath. Just hope another update will fix it.

Hi, yes. You did speak to me last night. Thanks for trying to help and sorry for being short on my various posts. This is not something I have encountered before and is quite frustrating especially after I paid real money for gems. Hopefully you can restore my account soon.

New update came out but unfortunately I still get the load error 7.

Looks like no solution has been offered for load errors that many have experienced. Sad to give up in this game but...
