  1. What do you think the appropriate time to date is?
  2. What does dating mean to you?
  3. Are you against/neutral/supportive of same-sex dating/marriage?
  4. Do you consider yourself a good boy/girlfriend?

I was just wondering because a friend from middle school told me about a survey for a class next year.

3. Totally supportive
4. I don't really know if I am a good girlfriend or not, I tend to be super friggin' clingy.

1.By the time you're at least 13. From there on its your choice who you pick, if anyone.
2.Not really sure...honestly. I just use it as a way to "get approval" from the other that we can do more physically/emotionally with each other. To actually allow ourselves to give loving care, appreciation, and trust towards one and another.
3.Supportive. You love who you love. No one should tell you otherwise.
4.*shrugs* I can't really give myself an opinion. I would rather ask the person I'd be dating at the time if I was a good boyfriend or not.

1. When you are/ can become sure of your identity as a person. i.e sexuality and gender. So generally, around puberty - which differs greatly. You can be invested in someone before pubetry or true "exposure" - but what if you find out you're not sexuality attracted to someone despite being emotionally attracted? Of course, this assumes you pursue a "love/sex" relationship and such is allowed within whatever you identify as, but I won't go into that right now!

2. Dating to me is your ordinary "ask someone out" relationship while you are not friends with them before, but I understand this isn't always the definition people use. What does it mean to me, specifically? It isn't a requirement of mine, I don't pursue relationships - but, of course, I'm not aromantic and/or asexual (despite being, technically, in the ace spectrum, I'm not full ace) and so it can be sorta difficult to avoid...I get emotionally entrenched in people, sometimes they feel that way back. I tend to deny it insanely, although, mostly to myself - the prospect of loving any of my friends has always been iffy for me, because I would always be teased about having full-on crushes on people I'm friends with.

3. Supportive, as well as any other marriages that may not be deemed "traditional" in the eyes of people used to old ways. Of course, I personally don't like marriage.
But I think this is gonna sorta be the thing where children will be raised in schools to learn about one day and they will find it downright ridiculous (mayhaps even disgusting) that homosexuals and other sexualities had to actually fight for simple rights as human beings at all.

4. I'm currently in a relationship, ask the other person, although when/if we're out of it and you'll get a more realistic and less inflated-by-love response (as long as it's months after), probably, than asking now.

What do you think the appropriate time to date is? Maybe early teens. Kids just have to be mature enough.

What does dating mean to you? A quest to find a relationship. I take it seriously. Emotions are nothing to play around with, and I think that you should date someone you actually LIKE, don't just say "Oh, maybe I'll give them a try." No. Doesn't work like that. You need to LIKE someone, to feel some kind of PASSION for them, to actually CARE about them, to date them.

Are you against/neutral/supportive of same-sex dating/marriage? I'm supportive of it. I don't see what's wrong with it, really.

Do you consider yourself a good boy/girlfriend? I don't know. When I fall, I fall HARD. When I decide I have feelings for someone, the feelings are STRONG. I do not cheat, lie, or deceive in a relationship nor do I tolerate those who do. Sometimes I think I'm too serious when it comes to relationships. But I can't help my feelings.
