I've managed to save up 450 gems; I think I'm going to get Jade Flashwing while she's on sale, and Eye-Brawl's house while it's available. What's everybody else doing?

I plan to try to get everything that is on sale but the Alter Ego that I missed is #1 priority and then the Giant houses.

I stocked up on Gems yesterday when they had the deal on Gem Pack 2. I bought the two Alter Egos I had missed, Cupid Flameslinger and Lucky Boomer, as well as Zap's #1 Fan. I wish I had waited on Spyro and Tree Rex's #1 Fans since I just bought them last week and I already owned all the Giant houses.

I bought 2 lots of gems pack 2 yesterday and treated myself today to Cherry and Lucky Boomer I did already have some gems saved up too, but im back to zero gems, there is only Flynn and 4 shrines that I dont have, Flynn is just way too expensive even at half price. Its a shame the shrines were not in the sale hopefully they will be on the daily offer soon.

I wasn't going to buy anything but my two year old decided to buy zaps fan....at least it was half price, lol

I got Zaps #1 fan and Quigley with the gems I've been saving up
And I bought one island so far

Even though they're still expensive, I buckled and got Cupid Flameslinger, and also Zap's fan. I only need Voodood and Lucky Boomer now, and I guess I'll get Voodood when I reach level 30

Too bad that when you get to level 30 and have all but the two alter egos, you get nothing, not even some gems or gold. Bummer.

I finished the islands, got two skylanders, two giant houses, and Spyro's #1 fan. I started with more than 1,000 gems, and by the end I was out of gems, out of fuel, out of gold, and feeling great about it.

Yes I thought that might be the case... That's why I didn't buy Voodood even though I could have got him at half-price. At least I will have something to look forward to at level 30.

But it sucks for people who already have all the regular skylanders. Like you say, you should at least get some bonus gems or something!

I didn't have very many gems prior to this weekend, but after getting the 200 gems for the double-players thing; I noticed that Adventure Airships were marked down to 100 gems for today only (Sunday). So I picked up two of those.
