I thought we needed a topic to report a user. Here, dark can read reports and decide if the user should be gnorced, riptoed, or nothing at all. Here is what a report should look like:

Reasons: Big Green is a jerk in general for making mean jokes and trolling. He should be riptoed. And Blackholes_Wolf for trolling. He should be given a warning
