S2 Whirlwind Horn Coloring [CLOSED]

I was just at BJ's and saw a bunch of S2 Whirlwinds. But their horns were Magenta and Yellow, not gold. Mine is Magenta and gold. Is this like Chill's blue/pink lips?

They have THE best Wave 1 stock in my area. Strangely, no Slam Bam.

My nephews just got both S2 Whirlwind and Polar Whirlwind for their birthday (the latter from me, from Amazon Italy), and I noticed that they seemed to try for a Rainbow look for the horn. I believe I noticed that in game, after one upgrade the horn started being Rainbow-coloured, so this seems to be what they're going for. I find a lot, maybe even all, the reposes have a pose which shows an upgrade, like Trigger Happy having his machine gun out, or Double Trouble's staff.

Most of them have Yellow horns, while only a FEW have the gold ones.

Whoa! Mine has the Gold horn! And Matteomax, All BJ's had were Chill, Whirlwind, Crusher, Swarm, Bouncer, and Lightcore Prism Break and Drobot.

Mine Whirlwind just have the original color horn

THAT is the rainbow effect I was referring to, LOL! Notice the base of the horn starts in a deep red? Then is adjusts sort-of gradually to the gold of the top half.

I think S1 Whirlwind is the one with a solid-colour gold horn.

And I have Polar too. smilie
