Like Shorty said, if you use the picture from online and edited it, you must give credit to the company/owner of that picture. If you had their permission from the owner to use the avatar of course you can use it. Otherwise it's copyrighted illegal cocaine picture you got there. So, shut up you are dead wrong. Do your research and quit your nonsense.

These are pretty good, just a few pointers, one you should use a brush that makes smoother lines, use different tones of color to make the shadow of the char. And try not to use lines in your avatar unless needed (Like a box or something). Also try saving it in png format to make sure the quality is better and prevent blurry or muddled art.

Not bad, the tone of Kirby is a bit off and the mouth can be a bit bigger.

Kirby wont be able to suck anything in with such a small mouth. And you used a more oval shape, it would have been better if its round. Other than that it looks good for someone that just started drawing your own avatars.
