Ive never seen them on sale. Only one giant house per month so far. Although there is another thread saying that hotheads house was re released for one day. I didnt get that on my game but i already have it.
I lost eyebrawl and thumpbacks house when my game glitched and i had no choice but to restore an old versionof the game, so i really really hope they do bring them back.
Giant houses are the best gem purchase imho.
