Found a Toys'R'Us exclusive card collector starter set randomly hanging in electronics by the figures this morning. Comes with 2 packs and a pack of legendaries and glow in the dark cards. I've seen one like this online with a Master Eon card but don't ever remember seeing this before. Is it new?

Not at all new. They have been out for at least 6 months now. There is another thread for them.
